Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services.

This Privacy Policy describes our processing practices and your choices. Where the law requires consent, we will ask for it separately.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect:

• Email address
• Date of birth / age
• Gender
• Profile photos
• Location
• Preferences and profile details

Profile Information

You may choose to provide additional information, such as:

• Bio
• Interests
• Relationship and matching preferences
• Sexual orientation or related identity details you choose to provide
• Family status
• Profession
• Lifestyle details
• Other information you add to your profile

Location Information

With your permission, we may collect your approximate or precise location to help you discover nearby profiles and improve matching features.

You can disable location access at any time in your device settings, but some features may not work properly.

Messages, Media, and Interactions

We process text messages, voice messages, photos, stories, likes, matches, gifts, reports, blocks, and other interactions to provide the app's core features, maintain safety, and improve user experience.

If you use voice typing, your device or operating-system speech recognition service may process your audio to convert it to text. We access the microphone, camera, photo library, or media library only after you grant the relevant device permission.

Sensitive Information

Some profile details, including sexual orientation, relationship preferences, gender identity, and information revealed in your messages or media, may be considered sensitive or special-category data in some countries.

You choose whether to provide optional sensitive information. Where required by law, we process it with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw by editing your profile, deleting the relevant content, or contacting us.

Device and Usage Information

We may automatically collect:

• Device type and operating system
• App version
• IP address
• Log data
• Usage activity
• Crash reports
• Analytics data

Sign-In Information

If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive identifiers and account details made available by that provider, such as your email address and name. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.

Payment Information

If you purchase subscriptions, coins, gifts, premium features, or other paid services, payment processing is handled by the applicable app store or payment provider. We may receive transaction identifiers, product information, purchase status, price, currency, and limited billing metadata.

We do not store your full payment card details.

With Other Users

Your profile information, photos, age, location, bio, interests, and other public profile details may be visible to other users depending on your settings.

With Service Providers

We may share information with trusted third-party providers that help us operate the app, such as:

• Hosting providers
• Apple and Google for sign-in and app-store services
• Expo and platform providers for push notifications and app infrastructure
• Analytics, diagnostics, and crash-reporting services, if enabled
• Payment processors
• Customer support tools
• Security and fraud prevention tools
• Push notification providers
• OpenAI, for AI-powered match suggestions and AI-generated conversation-opener drafts, using a limited set of your data and only after you have given your consent

These providers process information under their own terms or on our instructions, as applicable. We require service providers acting on our behalf to protect the information and use it only for authorized purposes.

Business Transfers

If AiMore or its assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

For Safety and Legal Reasons

We may disclose information if required to:

• Protect our rights and users
• Investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues
• Prevent harm or illegal activity

5. AI Intent Matching

If you choose to use AI Intent Matching, we process the plan or mood you enter, selected public details from your profile, and a limited set of public candidate profile details to retrieve and rank eligible profiles, explain matches, and draft an editable conversation opener.

Before first use, we ask for consent to send this limited data to OpenAI. We do not send account email addresses, exact coordinates, profile photos, or internal profile identifiers. Candidate identifiers are replaced with temporary opaque tokens.

We may create mathematical representations of public bio, profession, region, and interest text to support semantic retrieval. Relevance feedback and in-product actions such as opening a recommended profile may influence later recommendations.

AI-generated openers are never sent automatically. You must review, edit if desired, and explicitly confirm a message before it is sent.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and profile information while your account is active. Messages and associated media are generally retained while needed to provide conversations and safety features. Stories are designed to expire from the service, although temporary backups may persist for a limited period.

Your AI intent prompt is stored with the session it created, together with the normalized intent, selected profile identifiers, model and prompt version, operational usage metrics, and relevance feedback. All of it is retained for 30 days and then deleted, and it is deleted immediately if you withdraw AI data-sharing consent or delete your account. Cached mathematical representations of public profile text are refreshed when that profile changes and deleted when the account is deleted. OpenAI API data is not used to train its models by default unless the API customer opts in; standard abuse-monitoring logs may be retained by OpenAI for up to 30 days under its data controls.

When you delete your account, we delete the account, profile, photos, conversations, and associated media from active systems. Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, payment and accounting obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement.

Backup copies and technical logs may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten or safely deleted. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and applicable legal requirements.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Delete your account and data
• Withdraw consent
• Object to certain processing
• Request data portability

• Opt out of marketing communications

8. Account Deletion

You can request account deletion directly in the app, through https://aimorelove.com/legal/account-deletion, or by contacting us at support@aimorelove.com.

Account deletion is permanent and removes your profile from other users. It does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google; you must cancel it through the applicable app store.

Some limited information may be retained as described in the Data Retention section.

9. Children's Privacy

AiMore is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover that a person under 18 has created an account, we will delete the account and related information.

10. Safety and Moderation

To keep the platform safe, we may review reports, user behavior, suspicious activity, and content that violates our rules.

We may remove content, restrict accounts, or block users who violate our Terms of Service or community standards.

11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:

• Remember user preferences

12. Push Notifications

We may send push notifications about:

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
