Welcome to AiMore

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of AiMore, including our mobile application, website, and related services.

By creating an account or using AiMore, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use AiMore.

By using AiMore, you confirm that you are legally allowed to enter into these Terms and that you are not prohibited from using our services under applicable law.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account Responsibilities

• Use accurate registration information
• Keep your password and device secure
• Do not share or sell your account
• Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access
• Keep your profile information up to date

3. User Profile and Content

You are responsible for the photos, profile details, messages, and other content you upload, send, or make available through AiMore.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant AiMore a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, adapt for technical purposes, and otherwise process that content only as necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service.

This license may be sublicensed to service providers that operate AiMore on our behalf. It ends when your content is deleted from our active systems, except where continued retention is required by law, needed for safety or dispute purposes, or technically necessary in temporary backups.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or impersonates another person
• Contains harassment, hate speech, threats, or abuse
• Contains illegal, sexual, violent, or exploitative material
• Contains intimate or sexual content shared without the subject's consent
• Violates privacy, intellectual property, or other rights
• Promotes spam, scams, fraud, or unsafe behavior

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AiMore respectfully and lawfully.

You must not:

• Harass, intimidate, or harm other users
• Use AiMore for illegal activity
• Send spam, promotions, or unsolicited commercial messages
• Scrape, copy, or collect user data without permission
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service
• Create fake accounts or evade enforcement actions

5. Safety and User Interactions

AiMore helps users discover and communicate with other people, but we do not control user behavior online or offline.

You are responsible for your interactions with other users. Use caution, protect your personal information, and report suspicious or unsafe behavior.

Safety Reminders

• Do not send money or financial information to other users
• Meet in public places if you choose to meet offline
• Tell someone you trust about offline meetings
• Report users who violate our rules
• Block users who make you uncomfortable

6. Matches, Messaging, and Discovery

AiMore may provide discovery, matching, likes, messages, recommendations, and related features.

AiMore may also provide stories, voice messages, photos, virtual gifts, and similar features. Content you send to another user may be saved, copied, or reported by that user despite deletion or expiration features.

We do not guarantee matches, conversations, compatibility, availability of profiles, or any specific outcome from using the app.

AiMore may suggest AI-generated, personalized conversation openers to help you start a conversation with a match. These suggestions are drafts only. Suggested openers are not sent automatically. You must review and actively confirm a suggested opener before it is sent to another user.

7. Paid Features and Subscriptions

AiMore may offer paid subscriptions, credits, boosts, coins, premium features, or other paid services.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or other payment partners.

Billing Terms

• The price, billing period, included features, and renewal terms are shown before purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the stated billing period unless canceled before renewal
• Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google must be managed and canceled in the applicable app-store account
• Deleting AiMore or deleting your account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription
• Price changes apply as permitted by law and the payment provider's rules, with any required advance notice
• Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the payment provider's policies

Coins and Virtual Items

Digital items such as coins and Premium are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device, and are licensed digital features, not money or property. They cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used outside AiMore unless we expressly state otherwise.

Virtual items may be consumed when used and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or payment-provider rules. Unused balances may be lost when an account is deleted or terminated for a material violation, subject to applicable law.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our safety rules, or applicable law.

Where appropriate, we may remove content, limit features, preserve relevant evidence, and cooperate with lawful investigations. We may act without advance notice where necessary to protect users or the service.

You may stop using AiMore at any time and may permanently delete your account through the app or by contacting support. You remain responsible for separately canceling any app-store subscription.

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and describes your privacy rights and choices.

10. Intellectual Property

AiMore, including our app design, logos, trademarks, software, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of AiMore unless we give you written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

AiMore may contain links to third-party websites, services, payment providers, analytics tools, or app store features.

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, security, or practices.

12. Disclaimers

AiMore is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location or on every device.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiMore and its owners, employees, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes damages related to lost data, lost profits, service interruptions, user conduct, or interactions with other users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer rights available to you.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses and third-party claims reasonably arising from your unlawful conduct, your infringement of another person's rights, or your material violation of these Terms. This provision does not reduce any mandatory consumer protection available to you.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of AiMore, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, you and AiMore agree to try to resolve the dispute by contacting support. You may bring a claim in any court or forum available to you under mandatory applicable law.

16. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of the service. You may not transfer your account or rights under these Terms without our written consent.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase terms shown to you, form the agreement between you and AiMore concerning the service.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the app, by email, or by other appropriate means where required.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using AiMore and may delete your account before they take effect. Changes do not reduce rights already earned under mandatory law.
